Terms and Conditions - TERMS OF AUCTION 

All articles are offered "AS IS" and "WHERE IS," in units of measure as announced. Bidders shall rely on their own inspections. Auctioneer reserves the right to group, modify, increase, diminish or delete lots at their sole discretion. 

Payment Terms: ALL BIDDERS MUST PROVIDE A VALID CREDIT CARD THAT WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION! Full payment must be made before any item will be released to buyer. A 10% buyers premium will apply to all sales. Successful bidders will receive an email invoice within 24 hours of the auction close, payable to Toledo Liquidations LLC. 

The Bidder, grants the Auction Company a standing authorization to charge the Bidders credit card after close of auction for any and all costs, fees, buyers premiums, storage disposal fees as well as for any other costs, charges and/or fees incurred. We charge a $100 processing fee for processing credit card chargebacks that are ultimately reversed in our favor. 

Any asset involving a title will be held until funds have been verified. Titles must be assigned to the buyer or some other identity. 

Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. If you cannot satisfy these terms, please do not bid.

It is the seller’s responsibility to provide Toledo Liquidations LLC with accurate descriptions and may be subject to errors or omissions. Any errors are not sufficient grounds for returning any purchased item. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION RESTS WITH THE BUYER. Both the seller and/or Toledo Liquidations LLC reserve the right to withdraw any auction items at any time and/or extend the auction duration. Some items may have a reserve or minimum and will not be sold unless the reserve or minimum price has been obtained. Toledo Liquidations LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 

All Sales are Final, Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling cost. LOTS WILL START TO CLOSE AT 5:00PM with 1 lot closing every 15 seconds. If a bid is placed within the last 30 seconds of lot closing, the bidding will be extended 1 more minute. 

INSPECTION CAN BE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You may call for a condition report at 419-967-1694 

Removal: PLEASE BRING PACKING ITEMS AND HELP LOADING FOR YOUR PURCHASES. PLEASE SEE PICK UP and SHIPPING FOR PICK UP TIMES. Item is only to be removed after purchase. A PAID RECEIPT from Toledo Liquidations LLC is required for pickup. All purchases must be picked up at auction location 

ANY ITEMS LEFT AFTER PICK UP DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND DISPOSED OF. 

Minimum starting bid of $1.00 unless otherwise specified. Anyone starting bid less that $1.00 will be deleted. If a bidder doesn’t comply with these terms they will be banned from bidding in any current or future auctions. 

PLEASE NOTE: APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED VIA PHONE AT 419-967-1694. ANY LOTS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN SCHEDULED TIME WILL BE FORFEITED! 

NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL, TEXT OR VOICEMAIL! 

NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO BRING HELP TO DISASSEMBLE AND LOAD ALL EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE 

Arrangements made to pick up items outside of the stated pickup times, if option is available, will be subject to a $50 convenience fee. 

Buyer responsible for making shipping arrangements 

Note: We are able to provide shipping on some items. A handling fee will be added to all shipping orders. Shipping charges will be automatically charged thru hibid. Please contact us Prior to the Auction with questions regarding shipping and terms. Forfeiture of Items for shipping will happen if shipping hasn't been paid within a week of shipping invoice.
