Auction Information

Auction Opens: Thursday, September 17th, 2026 at 3:00 PM (ET)

Auction Begins Closing: Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 at 8:00 PM (ET)

Lots will begin closing at 8:00 PM Eastern Time, with one lot closing every 30 seconds. If a bid is placed within the final 30 seconds of a lot closing, bidding on that lot will automatically extend by one (1) minute.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms of Auction

All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, including but not limited to condition, authenticity, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, age, rarity, or value.

All descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and condition reports are believed to be accurate but are provided solely as a courtesy. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding and rely on their own judgment regarding condition and value.

By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have inspected the property to their satisfaction or have chosen to waive that opportunity.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to group, divide, combine, add, delete, modify, or withdraw any lot at any time without notice.

Payment Terms

A valid credit card is required to register for this auction.

Invoices will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on October 5th. If credit card fail to provide funds for the purchase we will get in contact by phone and/or email and give the buyer 2 business day to clear the invoice charges. After that the lot will be lost by the buyer. If the buyer is requesting shipping it will be calculated and added to the invoice and charged at the same time. Please make sure your mailing address is correct on Hibid platform as this will be the mailing address used for any shipping request. Big items might not be able to be shipped and will need a freight arrangement. We can help with some information but buyer must arrange that if necessary for big items.

All invoices must be paid before any purchases are released.

Unless other arrangements have been approved in advance, the credit card on file will be charged for the full balance due.

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to every purchase. Local sales taxes will be added to the final invoice.

The Buyer authorizes Toledo Liquidations LLC to charge the credit card on file for:

Purchase price
Buyer's Premium
Shipping charges
Handling fees
Storage fees
Disposal fees
Convenience fees
Any additional charges incurred under these Terms & Conditions

A $100 processing fee will be charged for any credit card chargeback that is ultimately resolved in favor of Toledo Liquidations LLC.

Any titled assets will remain in the possession of Toledo Liquidations LLC until payment has fully cleared.

Internet Bidding

Every bid placed through HiBid constitutes a legally binding contract.

If you are the successful high bidder, you agree to purchase the item(s) for the amount bid plus all applicable fees.

Failure to honor bids may result in suspension or permanent removal from future Toledo Liquidations LLC auctions.

Condition of Property

Every item sells:

AS IS • WHERE IS • WITH ALL FAULTS

There are:

No Returns
No Refunds
No Exchanges
No Adjustments

Neither Toledo Liquidations LLC nor the Seller guarantees the accuracy of descriptions, manufacturer information, measurements, age, authenticity, condition, completeness, or functionality.

Any errors or omissions shall not invalidate the sale.

The entire risk regarding quality, authenticity, condition, and suitability rests solely with the Buyer.

All sales are final.

Auctioneer Rights

Toledo Liquidations LLC reserves the right to:

Reject any bid
Refuse any bidder
Withdraw any lot
Extend bidding
Correct clerical errors
Modify catalog descriptions
Cancel or postpone the auction if necessary

Announcements made by the Auctioneer on auction day shall take precedence over all printed or online material.

Starting Bids

Unless otherwise specified, every lot will begin with a starting bid of $10.00.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to adjust opening bids on selected lots when appropriate.

Pickup

Pickup Date: October 7th from 9am to 4pm. If buyer can not make that day a pickup appointment will be necessary and schedule accordingly.

A paid invoice is required before any purchases will be released.

Please bring:

Boxes
Packing materials
Moving blankets
Hand trucks
Appropriate tools
Adequate loading assistance

Buyers are solely responsible for disassembling, moving, and loading their purchases.

Toledo Liquidations LLC staff may not be available to assist with loading.

Furniture & Large Item Removal

Many lots include large furniture and oversized items.

If you are unable to pick up your purchases personally, Toledo Liquidations LLC will gladly assist by recommending trusted local moving companies or transportation services.

All transportation arrangements and costs remain the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Shipping

Shipping is available on select small and medium-sized items only.

Not every lot qualifies for shipping.

If you have questions regarding shipping eligibility, please contact Toledo Liquidations LLC before the auction closes.

Shipping charges include:

Actual shipping costs
Packing materials
Handling fees

Shipping and handling charges will be processed through HiBid using the payment method on file.

Large furniture, oversized items, fragile pieces, appliances, and certain specialty items may not be eligible for shipping.

For buyers unable to pick up large purchases, Toledo Liquidations LLC can recommend professional movers or freight companies; however, all costs and arrangements are solely the responsibility of the Buyer.

Shipping invoices must be paid within two (2) days of invoice.

Failure to pay shipping charges within that time will result in forfeiture of the purchased items.

Abandoned Property

Any purchases not picked up during the scheduled pickup period without prior approval from Toledo Liquidations LLC will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned property becomes the property of Toledo Liquidations LLC and may be resold, donated, or disposed of without refund or credit.

Alternate Pickup

If Toledo Liquidations LLC agrees to release purchases outside the scheduled pickup dates, a $50 convenience fee will apply.

Alternate pickup dates are not guaranteed and are offered solely at the Auctioneer's discretion.

Buyer's Premium

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to every purchase to determine the final invoice amount.

Agreement

By registering and placing a bid, each bidder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
