However, the Auctioneer shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, failures, or malfunctions of any bidding platform, internet service, software, hardware, or other technology, whether within or beyond the Auctioneer?s control.

If a technology issue or system failure, in the Auctioneer?s sole discretion, affects the integrity of bidding, sale processing, invoicing, or the fair conduct of the auction, the Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw, pass, reopen, reoffer, or declare unsold any lot, or to remove any lot from an invoice, at any time before or after the close of bidding. No sale is final until invoicing is complete and payment is received.

The Auctioneer?s determination regarding technology issues and remedies shall be final and binding. The Auctioneer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from such actions.
