TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* This is an OFFSITE auction, Pickup is in Parma, Ohio

* The pickup address will be provided with winning bidders invoice following the close of the Auction

* Bidding will begin closing on Saturday, May 18th at 1:00pm

* Pickup will be Tuesday, May 21st from 10:00am - 4:00pm ONLY!

* THIS AUCTION IS AT A PRIVATE HOME, LATE PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE!!

* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.

* Bidder inspection is encouraged.

* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* We reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.

* Payment by credit card only! The registered credit card will be billed at the end of the auction.

* Cash payment is no longer available for auctions!

* Absentee bids will be executed by auction house staff.

* Buyer Premium: 16%

* The credit card on file will be billed following the close of the auction on Saturday, 5/18/24. Please make sure the registered credit card on file is valid, there will be a $25 fee for any declined payments.

* Shipping provided by 2nd Cents for small items only! $10 minimum handling fee

* Shipping is available on small items for a fee (minimum $10 handling plus shipping cost) Shipping IS not available for large items! Fragile items and large orders will have higher handling fees! Shipping for off-site auctions will take longer than usual as items need to be transferred to our warehouse after pickup.

* Out-of-State orders will be marked to ship by default, if you are out of state and picking up, please let us know by Monday so we do not pack your items for shipping!

* If you are from OHIO and need shipping, please let us know by Monday morning so we can prepare your items to be transferred to our warehouse for packing.

* Winning bidders will receive an email with the address & details after the auction ends!
