An amazing and overwhelming amount of collectibles  to sell. My estimate is over 10,000 items. probably the most #1 packed house we have conducted a sale at in the last 25 years with over 1000 sales  this is with out a doubt the #1 most packed house..
30 year collector with a great eye for buying collectibles which turned in to a hoarding situation. Buyers had a keen eye for what they bought at yard sales, garage sales, local small auctions, collectibles, glassware, china, collectibles, artwork but never sold anything. When the box of collectibles became full it was placed in the basement.  There  will be a  PART II SALE with the basement and approximately 400 to 500 box lots of miscellaneous collectibles to be moved up and out of the basement in about 30 days for the 2ND sale at the same address.
An average sale takes us one day to set the house up and one day to price. This sale has taken 7 days to set up and price and get things organized on just the the first floor, second floor, garage and sun room  with over  3 tons of  misc paper goods taken to land fill.
