We have an incredible sale coming up in Seven Hills, just off of Broadview.

Numbers

We are doing THREE sets of numbers.

Due to the quantity of garage items, we will be opening the garage ONLY from 8am to 10am on Thursday morning, then the entire house at 10am.

NOTE:  due to traffic issues we are handing out numbers for Thursday NOW!

On Wednesday, we will start handing out numbers for the following:

- Garage-only numbers for Thursday 8am-10am

- House and garage numbers for Thursday 10am-6pm

On Friday at 7am, we will start handing out numbers for the following:

- House and garage numbers for Friday 10am-6pm

And just to be clear on numbers...

You can get a maximum of 2 numbers.

Every person will need their own number (no "piggybacking").

We hand out numbers based on who arrives at the estate first.

People often wait hours in their car in front of the house just to get a low number.

Just because you are first at the door does not necessarily mean you will get #1.

If you want to be one of the first buyers in the house, get there early!

If you want to get in before your competition, get there earlier!!!

Lionel update:

We have received a lot of interest in the Lionel items being offered at this sale.  

To help your decision-making, we will have posted a “catalog” of the Lionel items available.  We have included notes on box condition (if there is a box) and any obvious issues with the train piece itself.

The catalog number order should match the order in which the Lionel items are photographed.

We are NOT professional train appraisers, but we did try our best to describe the items fairly.

Due to the amount of Lionel items and the size of the room we have them in, we are limiting the number of people who can enter the room at a time.

Garage update!

There is still quite a bit in the attic we don’t have garage space for. So we will be reloading the garage Thursday night!
