Cash only. NO EARLIES. Please do not wait in the driveway, on the front porch, front steps or sidewalk leading up to the front porch. Keep that area clear for us until the sale begins. No public bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: the doors that are marked “No Entry” are private rooms. They are not part of the sale. Please do not attempt to enter any of the rooms marked “No Entry”. If you enter (or attempt to enter) any of those rooms you will be removed from the sale permanently. Also, do not roam the property surrounding the home. It is not your house, you are a guest. Be respectful. If you are caught in the front yard, back yard, side yard or on the back porch you will be removed from the sale permanently. Do not attempt to peer through the windows pre-sale.
