Please Respect the Neighbors and Do not Park in front of driveways or mailboxes. Please look at special instructions for parking at the sale.
Cash and credit cards will be accepted but NO checks.
All merchandise is sold as-is & items are non refundable after purchase.
Large items must be picked up by July 26th between 4-6 .You will need to bring proper help in loading ALL large items, our workers are not responsible to load . Any items not picked up will be forfeited-absolutely .
We will take cash and we also use Square for charge cards
