Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting purchased items. Please bring adequate help, tools, and an appropriate vehicle for large or heavy purchases. Staff cannot assist with heavy lifting.

All purchases must be picked up before the sale ends unless other arrangements have been approved by Compass Estate Sales & Liquidators.

Security cameras are in use for the protection of the property, shoppers, and staff.

Please respect the home and neighboring properties, follow posted parking restrictions, and keep driveways and sidewalks clear. The sale driveway is reserved for loading purchases. Please stay within designated shopping areas and keep children with an adult.
