ENTRANCE
Please plan to enter the building on the side, through the overhead door. Our sign and likely a few planters will designate the entrance. (The front of our building is a work in progress…we have renovations planned for a complete overhaul eventually, but it’ll take some time.)

LINE
If a line should form, please start at the garage door entrance and hug the building, curving towards the front entrance and away from the parking lot, along Adams Street. This way, the driveway remains clear and cars may still enter the lot.

OPEN AIR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
Come dressed as if you were shopping outside. Our overhead door will stay open during the event.

WE ARE CASHLESS
We accept card payments only. No cash, and no online payment apps (no VenMo, no Paypal, no Zelle, no Cash App…etc.).

ARRIVE PREPARED
Take measurements in your home prior to arriving at the open house. Bring a measuring tape with you. Be prepared to make a purchase at the Open House.

Pieces move quickly, and there’s no guarantee the item you’re interested in will be available later. Everything is one-of-a-kind, and hard (if not impossible) to find again!

TO PURCHASE A LARGE PIECE
1. Remove the hang tag from the large furniture piece.

2. Replace the hang tag with a sold tag that includes your first and last name, and your phone number. Sold tags are available upon arrival.

Note: removing a hang tag and placing a sold tag is a commitment. A promise. Do not place a sold tag simply to think on it. This is unfair to others shopping who are ready to commit. Once a sold tag is placed, you’ve indicated you’ve made your final decision.

3. Bring the hang tag with you to our team up front to check out.

3. Arrange collections as needed
(see “Getting your pieces home” below).

TO PURCHASE ART AND SMALL ITEMS
Shop as you would any other store. Bring your items up front when you’re ready to check out. We will also have a “hold” table up front to set items you’ve claimed if your hands get full. Similar to the concept with sold tags…if you place an item on the hold table, you’ve made your final decision to purchase.

GETTING YOUR PIECES HOME
If you plan to bring a truck, van or large vehicle to haul your newly purchased pieces, please also bring your own extra set of hands to help move large items. We aren’t staffed to help move items during an Open House.

We request large items are removed after 11am, or once there’s a break in the crowd. Ideally, large items would be picked up at 3pm when the event ends. If you arrive early and make a large-item purchase, please plan extra time to grab a coffee or bite to eat nearby, then return for large-item collection. It’s important for us to create a smooth shopping experience for everyone, and having to part the crowd to move a big piece disrupts the flow.

We ship! We can coordinate delivery locally, regionally, or nationwide. We are happy to help you figure out how best to get it home.

NEGOTIATIONS
We are generally open to offers, especially if we’re close to your budget for a larger piece and need to narrow or close the gap. Please note, however, that smaller items and art are fixed prices.
