This is a very lovely home: Items include Oriental rugs, nice side tables, watercolor paintings, a D. Palmer oil painting, several glass top tables, oak tables, small roll top desk. Elegant privacy screen from Pakistan, many high quality lamps, two settees, nice book stand, Drew china cabinet, fancy sterling silver serving & chaffing dishes, decorated desk from the 30's, four post canopy bed (not mattress). Very nice sleigh bed ( no mattress), bed side tables. china, elegant glassware, pictures, cookbooks....Lots of kitchen items. Large rinse in vac, very nice wood file cabinet, unusual wood desk, nice jewelry, six pieces of This End UP furniture. Basement and garage have great items as well. Over all a very nice sale with something for everyone.
Please be mindful of Bancroft construction. Bancroft says its closed, but if you pass the barricade you are able to turn right (south) before the road closes. You can also come in off Secor.
