Payment:
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase.
Example: If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00.
If the invoice is over $1,000.00 the bidder will be contacted for payment options.

Registration authorization:
The $1.00 is held by your individual bank or credit card company according to the length of time that they hold authorizations. This is NOT a charge from the auction company and is similar to putting down a credit card to hold a hotel reservation. If you do not make any purchases, you will have no charges against your account. This authorization is separate from your purchases and will not be applied to your final payment as it is ONLY authorized and not charged to your account.

READ WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON BEFORE YOU BID. We are not responsible for your negligence. We cannot retract a bid. If you win an item, you will pay for it. We cannot "undo" your purchase. If payment is not received or card is declined, we will contact you promptly to collect payment. Please pay for your items. If you have any doubt that you'll not be able to pay for your item or items, do not bid.

Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, odors, etc.

Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition.

When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.

Preview is strongly suggested to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.

Pick-up Details:
All items MUST be removed during the scheduled pickup time. If items are not picked up at scheduled pick-up time items will be forfeited and you will be banned from future auctions. PLEASE COME GET YOUR ITEMS.

Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not able to assist in loading, due to insurance regulations.
