Estate Sale Sign-Up and Line Policy
We love and appreciate the excitement for our sales! Many of you arrive hours in advance as has always been the tradition in Toledo.
To keep things clear and fair for everyone here is our stated sign-up policy as of February 20, 2026.
* We will supply an official sign-up sheet for customers to use. Sign-up sheet will be left at entry door when I leave work the day before sale.
* The first person to arrive should sign-up and subsequent arrivals should add names to list.
* It is the responsibility of those signed up to manage and maintain the list.
* You must remain present to hold your place. Waiting in your vehicle is totally acceptable. If you leave, you forfeit your spot. If you need a short break please notify another person waiting that you will be right back.
*One name per line please.
Our goal is always to create a smooth, positive atmosphere for both our customers and the homeowner. We kindly ask everyone to work together respectfully so we can begin each sale with the same great energy we work so hard to create.
