Please follow directions for parking. To allow for more parking, park perpendicular to the driveways. Also, please do not drive on plowed farm fields.

Furniture only will be in the house, a small red barn will hold household items, and the largest barn will be 90 percent antiques. There will also be hay wagons full of tools.

* Important- the northbound ramp from I-75 to State Route 41 into Troy is closed. Therefore, the closest exit ramp to the sale is 25-A north of Troy (the hospital exit).

This estate is a time capsule of a small Ohio farm from the late 19th century to the present.

*Art Noveau to Arts & Crafts - vases, jardinieres, framed art including yard longs, Royal Bayreuth, and clocks.

*Country primitives to farm vintage - Rockingham, Transferware (including a large Aurora collection), Ironstone, storage jars and canisters of all sizes, Blue Willow, Depression Glass, CorningWare, Pyrex, utensils, and vintage soft goods.

*Furniture including Victorian to Mission to vintage. Examples are cupboards, oak tables, dressers, oak desk, mirrors, porcelain top table, chairs, and the best Troy Sunshade kitchen chairs one can find.

*Generations of tools (so many!), very clean upholstered furniture (sleeper sofa, 3 recliners, love seat) stove, household items, firefighting collectibles, large collection of Miami County/Miami Valley history, and surprises like a Pogo collection, toys, Muhammad Ali and Johnny Bench autographs, and BOOKS!!
