Cards declined for any reason will receive a 10.00 fee for labor spent tracking down, re-running cards etc... No EXCEPTIONS!!!

Items not picked up or that shipping has been arranged by pickup day by the buyer, will be forfeited and re-sold with all proceeds going to Ladybug Acres for re-listing, transportation to our facility and storage fees!! No Exceptions!!

We want this to be an enjoyable experience, but, items being left cause us to have to send trucks and employees to pick up left items. We also have to pay employees to re-list the items. We prefer buyers to pick up or have items shipped. We have no desire to re-sell items that someone has bought. Again, we prefer everyone to have an enjoyable experience.

If a credit card is declined and Ladybug Acres can't get payment by the pickup day of auction items were purchased that buyer will not able to participate in any of our future auctions.

If a buyer's credit card is declined and the buyer comes in on removal day to pickup the items. The ONLY form of payment that will be accepted on that day is cash!

Please put your tax ID number in registration Information. If it is not in registration information you will be charged tax! We will NOT reimburse your tax if you have a Tax ID number and it is not in your registration information.
