We accept cash, debit & credit cards with a convenience fee. We do not accept checks. Please be careful as we are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please be courteous when parking, and do not block driveways or mailboxes. We do not pass out numbers, we will let you in as soon as possible based on your position in line. Please bring help to load large or heavy items. Any items outside the home are available to be claimed before sale opening on a first come first served basis. No items are available to purchase before the sale. All items are being sold as-is no refunds. All items must be picked up by close on the last day of the sale or your items will be forfeited.
