-Please make sure to bring your own help and appropriate vehicle for picking up large items. Moving assistance will only be available for a fee.

- Entry numbers will be handed out at 8 a.m. on the first day of the sale only.
- All items must be picked up by the final sale day at 4 p.m.
- All sales are final and items are sold as-is.

The gentleman who lived here was a graphic designer that designed advertisements for many cities. Pictures of his works are shown below and we have lots of his posters available from many different cities.
