WEST CHESTER/BECKETT RIDGE ESTATE SALE by Caring Transitions of Tri-County

Sale Starts at 9am but if we are ready early, doors may open slightly before 9am. Numbers will be handed out to hold place in line. We try to get everyone in, but sometimes the house limits the number of people we can allow in at one time. The full sale rules will be listed at the door upon entry.
No items are pre-sold.
You may bring your own sold stickers to place on an item but if you do so, no price negotiations will be allowed. You will pay the full sticker price.
If you ask my staff to hold an item while shopping without a negotiated price, you will be paying the full sticker price. If it is placed behind the register to hold, you must buy the item.
We provide bags to be carried in order to make shopping easier and a packing station is usually available to wrap your purchases.

Please bring enough help to load purchased items. We always try to help carry/remove items but sometimes it may take some time before help is available. All items at this sale must be removed the day of the sale. We are on a very short time line to have house cleared out for this sale.
