Over whelming amount of items to sell in this smaller house.  We will be breaking into sales, #1 sale will be  the Living room, Kitchen, 3 bedroom  upstairs and part of basement.   Part #2   will come 2 weeks later after the interior of the house is empty and we will bring  everything down from attic, up from basement and in from garage and crafts she shed.  Both will be big sales.   My estimate is again over 5,000 items in each sale and 200 boxes in the basement.  Part #2   will be  Sept  22,23,24.
Decorator  with a great eye for fun collectibles  and repurposed furniture , which then  turned into a hoarding situation.
