ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are first come first serve and do not do presales. We accept cash and check.
You must be AT the door at 8:00 Friday morning for a number.
You MUST bring your own help to remove large items! All items must be removed between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.
When you’re at the sale and you’d like to buy a large item- pull the tag and hold on to it. That means you’ve bought the item- there are no tag backs. It is YOUR responsibility to find help to move large items, and to inspect items before purchasing. Everything is sold AS-IS and we cannot do refunds. There are no public restrooms. Masks are now optional for entry. Thank you for your patience, your consideration towards others and have fun!!
