THIS IS NOW A TWO-ESTATE ESTATE SALE!

Estate 1:

This is a REALLY BIG sale. Gentleman lived in this home that he built himself. This 3-bedroom split-level home has big downstairs rec room AND a huge basement.

Items include Fenton, lots of furniture, including a beautiful antique bedroom sets, vintage sofas, dining tables and chairs, end tables and more. Mission oak coat rack.

Two fantastic mantle/shelf clocks: Seth Thomas Sonora Chime Adamantine clock and an Art Nouveau New Haven open escapement crystal regulator clock.

Wurlitzer organ and a very rare Leslie Model 45 rotating speaker! We hooked them up for a bit and they both sounded great!

Camera equipment (sorry, but no cameras) including filters, slide projectors, DA-LITE projector screens, miscellaneous photo items and a fantastic still-in-its-crate Bolex titler.

HUGE amount of tools. Drills, hand tools, power tools, tool cabinets, tool chests, drill bits, and some very old and unique hand tools. Also, if you are looking for wood (from large boards to wood trim) we probably have it! Over half a dozen ladders are available, too plus lots of Starrett and Lufkin items. Also just uncovered: an interesting old Boice Crane table saw belt-driven with an old Delta electric motor!

Household items include vintage outdoor folding chairs, lots of nice collectible smalls, old steamer trunks (including a nice hump back), great vintage Christmas items.

Some fantastic newer audio equipment including Yamaha, Denon, a KLH turntable and several Paradigm speakers. We even have Monster Cable wiring!

Even the light fixtures in the home are for sale!

Just found boxes of models for HO train sets. Many appear to be complete.

Mens clothing (size Large) in great condition, including some nice vintage Woolrich jackets.

This really will be a wonderful sale with something for just about everyone who comes in.

Estate 2:

This client had an emergency situation and we are including a lot more items from this estate into this sale!

We are still figuring out what is to be included, but so far there will be lots of Mid-Century and Danish Modern furniture and home items, interesting table-top Danish Modern lamp, drip glaze lamps, Department 56 Halloween, seasonal items, lots of nice collectibles. I don't think we will even have time to post pictures, but this estate is sure to have lots of nice items for both the dealer and the collector.
