Auction Terms & Conditions
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
* Buyer's premium rate of 15% for this auction
* Shipping is available for small items (minimum $10 handling fee)
* Shipping provided by Second Chance Thrift and will be invoiced separately from your Auction Invoice.
*Any large items requiring freight service can be prepared, but you are responsible for arranging freight pickup and paying the third party directly.
* Absentee bids will be executed by auction house staff.
* The credit card on file will be charged Monday morning at approximately 8:00am.
* All major credit cards accepted, we must be notified before Monday, July 19th if you would like to pay with cash.
* Items will be picked up from The Second Chance Thrift Shop. 4910 east 345th St. Willoughby, OH. 44094.
* Pickup will be Tuesday & Wednesday, July 20th & 21st from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Please text Jeff @ 440.231.0241 when you plan to pick up so items can be ready.
