Live! Sports, Coins & Collectibles Monthly Auction

ALL SALES FINAL: Merchandise and lots are sold as is, where is, without any guarantee. Online and in person preview/inspection are offered and encouraged. We are available to answer questions prior to the start of the auction. All lots are sold to the highest bidder at one bid increment over the second highest bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or deny any bid. The act of bidding constitutes acceptance of the established terms of sale and is legally binding. Once an item is sold all responsibility and liability passes to the purchaser. All buyers are responsible for paying the buyer’s premium that is added to the hammer price as announced at the start of the auction. Terms are 16% for credit cards with valid I.D. and 13% for cash or local check. Ohio State Sales Tax is charged unless a valid Vendor’s License is presented and a Sales Tax Exemption Form is on file prior to the start of the auction. Local sales tax is 7.25%. All lots are to be paid for and removed from the building on the day of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner. There is no storage available. All terms listed apply unless otherwise announced in person or advertised.
