Wilmington Estate Sale

*You agree that you are entering the sale at your own risk. Hometown Estate Liquidators is not responsible for injury that you may incur while on the premises, nor is the home owner.

ENTRY: MASKS APPRECIATED in order to comply with state regulations, and 6-foot social distancing is encouraged. We will also have hand sanitizer available during the sale.

ENTRY NUMBERS: We will have a sign in sheet available at 7:00 am the first day of the sale. If you are not there at opening you will be skipped.

PAYMENT: We accept Cash, Local Checks with ID, all major credit cards with no extra fees, Google Pay and Apple Pay as well. . Also please bring your own packing supplies as you are responsible to wrap your own items.

WARRANTIES: All items sold are As Is/Where Is...ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You should inspect all items prior to purchasing, as we have a no return policy.

PARKING: Please do not park in the driveway. The driveway is for staff and the loading/unloading of large items. There is plenty of on street parking. Please be courteous to all the neighbors and their property, and be mindful not to block their driveways.

CHILDREN: All children must be in the company of parent or guardian. You are responsible for all of their actions since there is too much risk for them to get hurt if left unattended.

LOADING: Please bring help to load large items. Hometown Estate Liquidators is unable to assist with loading and unloading your items for this sale. Large items must be removed from the home by the end of the sale or the item, and the money, will be forfeited back to the estate.

HOLDING STATION: You are more than welcome and encouraged to start a pile of things with us. Once you have an item in the held area, you must purchase every item in the pile. There are no exceptions to this. Holding an item takes away the chance for us to sell that item for our client and it is not fair to them.

PRE-SALES: There will be no pre-sales of the items at our sales.

PRICING: We do not disclose pricing before the sale.

Please remember that admittance to our estate sale is at the sole discretion of Hometown Estate Liquidators. If you choose to act inappropriately or cause problems you will be asked to leave.
