We will only allow the first 15 people inside at 9am and then gradually will let more in as it thins out. NO Back Packs, Or Oversized Zippered Bags inside.
Note: If it is raining during the sale, we will supply you with shoe covers before going inside to protect the flooring.
Terms - All sales are First Come, First Served. All Sales are Final. No Returns, No Refunds. No Exceptions. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Shoplifters will be Prosecuted.
No Public Restrooms, No Wagons, No Strollers, No Carts, No Pets, No Smoking or Food and Drink inside.
No prices given or sales prior to date of sale.
We are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, or theft of your paid or personal items that may occur on the premises during the sale.
Staffing - We have a designated cashier and assistant, along with wrapping station for your items once paid. Additional staff that provides help to answer questions, oversees the event and movers for larger items.
Our moving staff will remove larger items from the home; however, they will not load your vehicle or tie down items for you. They will simply bring out the items to driveway for you to load in designated area once items are brought outside you are responsible for them. We don’t watch over your items for theft.
Payment - We take cash or credit cards (4% charge on all credit card purchases with proper ID).

No Blocking Driveway when parking or loading merchandise. Please be mindful of the neighbors and don’t block driveways or mailboxes.
Closed off or taped off areas: (Such as "Caution" or "Do Not Enter") Do not go into these areas.
