No Early Sales/Negotiations:
Prices are typically set, and negotiations may not be allowed on the first day of the sale.

No Information Before Sale:
Information regarding individual item prices is not provided before the sale.

Proper Conduct:
Shoppers are expected to adhere to rules regarding respectful behavior, no use of client furniture, and respecting areas marked as "No Entry".

Payment:
Most sales accept cash and may also accept credit or debit cards, with potential surcharge applied.

Packing and Removal:
Buyers are generally responsible for bringing their own packing materials and removing purchased items within the designated timeframe.

Safety:
Estate sales may limit the number of shoppers allowed inside for safety reasons. Ginger Blue and/or the client is not responsible for any accidents and/or injuries.

Parking:
Shoppers are expected to park responsibly and considerately of neighbors.

"As Is, Where Is": Items are sold in their current condition, with no warranties or guarantees, unless specified otherwise.

No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final!

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to taxable purchases.

Damage: Buyers are responsible for any damage caused to the property or items during the sale.
