Terms & Conditions

ALL SALES ARE FINAL -- no returns.
No refunds nor exchanges.
No guarantees nor warranties have been made nor implied.

Physical buyers on site receive preferential treatment to those who call in bids. (Credit card charges applicable for all out of state bidders. ALL SALES FINAL. Out of state buyers must pay all shipping and handling costs, and no refunds will be issued.)

Inspect your merchandise with care, as we consider merchandise sold once it's been placed on a sold table, marked on your ticket as sold, or (per your request) written on your ticket.

Staff not allowed to wrap, haul, carry, nor deliver. (That said, Matt himself will be happy to help you haul items out if he's not tied up at the showcase or the register. Just ask him.)

We cannot be and will not be held responsible for anything that happens to your merchandise if you purchase it and then leave it on site. (We're professional estate liquidators, not your personal storage unit. Please bear that in mind before you buy.)

We will not answer questions about prices prior to the sale. (No, seriously. Don't call asking for prices, nor for special favors. Such calls will be ignored.)

WE WILL NOT SELL ITEMS EARLY. Please don't ask us to make an exception.

Description & Details

This is a sale by McNeil Liquidations.

The home itself is also for sale; however, there will be no showings prior to the estate sale. Realtor Leslie Lynn of Churchill-Brown has the listing on this handsome residence.

The home has been equipped with a satellite-monitored security system. Precious metals and other select items will not be on site prior to Saturday.

We strongly suggest that you park (on Saturday) in the parking lot of Lord of Life Lutheran Church across Western and walk to the gate. If you must park in Fairview Farm itself, though, YOU MUST PARK ON THE RIGHT-HAND SIDE OF THE STREET ON WHICH YOU PARK. (And yes, that's the right-hand side of the direction in which you legally enter a street.) No exceptions -- same as in Nichols Hills.

We'll have two police officers in Fairview Farm throughout the sale -- one for security at the door, and the other patrolling the neighborhood to enforce right-hand side of the street parking. (Those who park illegally, else on the left-hand side of the street will be towed. No exceptions.)

CASH ONLY ON ALL SHOWCASE AREA PURCHASES.
(Please pay for showcase purchases directly at the showcases themselves. The showcases will be upstairs.)

All sales will be final.
No exchanges, no returns, no refunds.
No warranties nor guarantees have been made, nor have they been implied.

Bring boxes for "freebies" on Saturday morning, as we'll have plenty of household chemicals, food products, and other items we don't sell at our sales in the larger of the two garages on the south end of this Fairview Farm home. (Please take all "freebies" straight to your car. They won't be allowed into the sale itself.)

Please be on your best behavior, as we'll be in a gated community with privately maintained streets, and we want nothing to happen that might upset the residents, nor the Board of Directors which has so graciously allowed us the opportunity to conduct a sale inside the Fairview Farm community.

We'll have numbers for orderly admission from 8:30 a.m. Saturday.

We'll likely admit customers in increments of sixty at a time until the crowd dies down. (This usually happens between ten-thirty and eleven a.m. on the first day.)

Matt will help you load your purchases if he's not busy, but please don't ask other staff members nor (!!!) other customers to help you load. (You're the purchaser; it's your job to take care of your purchases. We'll be happy to recommend professional movers should you need their services.)

The game trophies in the library are in situ for decorative/staging purposes only, and will, most assuredly, NOT be for sale. (To sell them would be patently illegal. Please do not ask us to sell you that which we cannot legally sell.)

All purchases must be removed from the premises no later than Monday after the sale. (This Fairview Farm home is not your personal storage building, folks. Please make arrangements for moving your purchases with all due haste. All purchases not picked up by Monday afternoon will be donated to charity. NO EXCEPTIONS.)

We cannot be held responsible for items you may leave behind at the sale.

Items not removed by Monday will be donated to charity.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
