We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and are not responsible for injury or death. We are not responsible for loading your purchases and or moving your items. All merchandise is sold as is and not returnable after purchase.

The address for the sale in the Oklahoma City area will be published at 9:00 am the day before the sale.

We shall take reasonable measures to take care when handling sold items. However, we are not responsible for shipping a sold item, nor are we responsible for the acts or omissions of a third party shipper. We may suggest a third party packer and shipper. However, we do not accept responsibility or liability for their acts or omissions. It is the buyers responsibility to pick up or arrange shipping of all sold merchandise.

Numbers will be given out at 8am the morning of the sale. (Since we are posting a sign up sheet the day before the sale) Additionally, in order to make for a more orderly sale, a sign up sheet will be posted on front door and will be put up as soon as sale address is listed. This sign up sheet will be the order by which numbers will be given out and entry by person at the opening of the sale. This way after you sign up you do not have to wait outside lined up in the weather.

No pets and no young children please. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping paper, as well as the ability to package your own purchases. Cash preferred. We do not give out prices prior to the sale, so please do not ask. We also do not sell items outside of the sale event. No large purses, bags or backpacks. Plain clothes security will be present during the entire sale and no valuables are left on site overnight. Thanks in advance for following these rules to make this a fun and successful event.
