Each dealer or eligible disabled veteran must submit a photocopy of
his or her valid tax exemption certificate, else sales tax shall be charged.

Outside "sold" signs shall not be honored, and shall be promptly discarded.

We'll have a large "sold" table on site for your convenience; however,
please be advised that you will be obligated to purchase all items
you place on the "sold" table(s), carry for more than five minutes or have had marked "sold."

We do not wrap, haul or deliver -- please don't ask.

Sunday, 17 March, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
(No sign-up sheet on Sunday.)

DIRECTIONS:
If coming from OKC, Norman, or Guthrie,
take I-35 to the Waterloo Road exit.
Proceed one mile east to N. Midwest Boulevard.
Turn south onto N. Midwest Boulevard,
then watch for signage.
(House sits just south of Twelve Oaks Restaurant,
on the east side of N. Midwest Boulevard.)

Home is equipped with
a satellite-monitored security system.
Groundskeeper on site at all times.
Trespassers shall be prosecuted.

Ample pasture parking available on sale days.
(Please park both legally and courteously.)
Legal parking also available along Midwest Boulevard itself.
