Payment Instructions: An invoice will be emailed to you after auction close. Please make payment via credit or debit card when you receive your invoice. Payment must be made before the item can be picked up.

Shipping Instructions: We do not offer shipping for the items in this auction. They must be picked up during the scheduled pickup time.
Checkout Date & Times: The auction will close on Monday, November 4, 2024. Invoices will be sent out through Square the following day and then pickup will be held on Saturday November 9, 2024 from 9am - 3pm. Items MUST be picked up during the scheduled pickup time.

Items are sold in their current state, including any faults, defects, and errors in description.
Bidders accept all auction items with all faults, whether visible or not. They are responsible for evaluating the true condition of items by reviewing descriptions, images, videos, and/or supporting documentation. Each bidder agrees that their decision to bid and the bid amount are based solely on their own assessment and judgment of the auction items. James Bean Estate Sales advises bidders to address any questions or concerns about the auction process, bidding process, or auction items before placing a bid.
Buyers are liable for all costs related to the transportation and other expenses involved in the physical transfer of auction items from their location at the end of the auction. James Bean Estate Sales reserves the right to rescind or reject any bids. Requests for retractions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Items will not be released to buyers until full payment has been received and confirmed by James Bean Estate Sales. The buyer assumes all risks of loss and damage to the item upon the close of bidding.
James Bean Estate Sales retains full discretion to alter the date, time, order, and details of the sale of any item or conduct any auction for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, emergencies, and the convenience of James Bean Estate Sales or the seller.

Auction begins closing Monday, November 4th & 10:00 a.m.
Pick up will be held on Saturday, November 9th from 9am - 3pm, and the location will be provided to winning bidders. Items are located in the general area of I35 & Coffee Creek Rd. in Edmond, Oklahoma.
A 20% buyers premium will be added to your winning bid amount.
We will send an invoice out after the auction closes, through Square invoicing, to the email address you provide. Payment must be made through that invoice before the items can be picked up. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept checks.
Items MUST be picked up during the scheduled pickup time. We are not responsible for items not picked up, and they cannot be refunded.
