No pre-sales allowed. First day prices are firm. No holds on items unless it was paid for in full, in person. Items must be picked up no later than 3pm on the last day of the sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. No restroom for public use. Please do not park in the host’s driveway. We are unable to help lift and load heavy objects for shoppers. Although we will provide some bags and packing supplies, shoppers should plan to wrap, carry and load all purchases. Guests under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
