Sign-up sheet out at 8 a.m. Friday.
No sign-up sheet on Sunday.
Oklahoma City police officer on site at all times.
Checks or cash only. Checks accepted only with proper identification.
Sealed bids will be collected at the cashier's desk throughout Friday,
but only on items priced $100.00 and up.
Bids will be called after the close of business on the first day (Friday).
All items MUST be removed from the premises no later than Sunday at 6 p.m.

Please park courteously and legally, as violators may be issued tickets.
Each dealer or eligible disabled veteran must submit a photocopy of
his or her valid tax exemption certificate, else sales tax of 8.375% will be charged.
No large purses allowed -- small handbags or pocketbooks only, please, ladies.

Outside "sold" signs will not be honored and will be promptly discarded.
We'll have a large "sold" table on site for your convenience; however,
please be advised that you will be obligated to purchase all items
you place on the "sold" table(s), carry for more than five minutes or have had marked "sold."
We do not wrap, haul or deliver -- please don't ask.



The estate of Kirk and Julie Fredrickson.
Mr. Fredrickson, a well known Oklahoma City attorney,
and Mrs. Fredrickson
purchased this beautiful 1938 mansion
a quarter of a century ago,
and have loved the home ever since.
The Fredricksons' sale will include, but not be limited to:
a French Provincial-style dining suite
(dining table, leaves, eight chairs, china cabinet and tea cart)
with a blonde finish;
a Maria Theresa-style crystal chandelier (likely Bohemian);
