+Any transactions that do not clear the bank or are reversed will be turned over to the District Attorney's office immediately and we will make every attempt to recover what is owed plus any bank fees that apply.
+Must bring help to load large items.
+Not responsible for accidents.
+Want to hedge your bet on getting the item you want? The sign up sheet goes on the front porch one hour prior to the opening time. Shoppers are admitted when the door opens in the order in which they are listed on the sign up sheet. 
+Want a large item while shopping? Pull the paper tag off the item you want to purchase and take the tag to the register. We will place it on hold.
+Can't take it with you? All items must be picked up by closing time on the last day of the sale. Any item not picked up on time may be forfeited.
+Interested in buying a large amount of leftovers at a greatly reduced price at the conclusion of the sale? Bulk buyers are asked to check in at the register one hour prior to closing time on the last day.
