This is 1 of 5 warehouses. This was a Import Export business, large collection of 25 years being sold off. The 1st warehouse of 10,000 Sq ft. and 3 large storage containers…Everything is going. Some new, some old, just full of furniture, hanging lamps, hundreds of very ornate art frames, art, deco, antique, vintage, new, old...and of course, Christmas.!
This is an old warehouse. Every person that walks through the doors will be asked to sign off on a liability waver. In other words sign off not to legally go after anyone if you were to get hurt. There are low hanging metal beams up stairs.
