ALL SALES ARE FINAL -- no returns. No exchanges. No refunds.
Neither guarantees nor warranties have been made nor implied.
Physical buyers on site receive preferential treatment to those who call in bids. (Credit card charges applicable for all out of state bidders. ALL SALES FINAL. Out of state buyers must pay all shipping and handling costs, and no refunds will be issued.)

Inspect your merchandise with care, as we consider merchandise sold once it's been placed on a sold table, marked on your ticket as sold, or (per your request) written on your ticket.

Staff not allowed to wrap, haul, carry, nor deliver.

Purchases not picked up no later than Monday at 1:00 p.m. will be donated to charity.

We cannot be and will not be held responsible for anything that happens to your merchandise if you purchase it and then leave it on site. (We're professional estate liquidators, not your personal storage unit. Please bear that in mind before you buy.)

We will not answer questions about prices prior to the sale.
(No, seriously. Don't call asking for prices, nor for special favors.
All such calls will be ignored.)

This entire estate (the estate of the late Jenneane Lawson)
has been moved from Lawton, Oklahoma
to Oklahoma City to liquidate.

Police officer on site throughout sale.

Monitored security system on site.
Select items not on site until Saturday.

NO PURSES NOR BAGS NOR BOXES OF ANY SIZE ALLOWED INTO THIS SALE.
(We'll provide shopping flats for your convenience, though.)
No strollers. No food. No drink.
All coats and pockets may be subject to police search
as customers leave the sale.

CASH ONLY ON SHOWCASE PURCHASES
Debit or credit on all other purchases.

All sales will be final and absolute.
We do not take checks, and have not taken them for six years now.
(Please don't ask us to make an exception for you.)

Tax-exempt?
You must provide a physical copy of your current and valid tax exemption permit,
else we will collect sales tax.
(If you don't like sales tax, please take it up with your legislator, not with us.)

We'll hand out numbers for orderly admission one hour prior to opening
on Saturday, 23 February, and again on Sunday, 24 February.
