Estate Sale Terms & Highlights

As-Is, Where-Is: All items are sold "as-is" with no refunds, exchanges, or warranties. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

Item Removal: Buyers are responsible for moving, dismantling, and loading their own items. Bring adequate help and tools; staff cannot assist with heavy lifting.

Pickup Windows: All purchased items must be removed by the close of last sale day. Items left past this deadline will be considered abandoned without refund.

Payment: We accept [Cash / Credit / Debit]. Sales tax will be applied unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided prior to payment.

Item Removal & Pickup
Removal Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for packing, loading, and transporting purchased items. Please bring appropriate packing materials, tools, and heavy-lifting assistance.

Abandonment: Items not picked up within the designated time frame ([Insert Time/Days]) will be deemed abandoned. Abandoned items are subject to disposal or resale without a refund.

Property Damage: Buyers are liable for any damage caused to the home or property while removing purchased items.

Pre-Bids, Hold Items & Bidding
Hold Policies: Items placed on the "Hold" table or marked with a sold tag are considered a binding commitment to purchase.

1. General Rules & Entry
First Come, First Served: Entry procedures (e.g., numbers, sign-up sheets) are posted per sale. Right of entry is reserved, and entry may be limited to ensure safety.

Property Access: You enter the sale property at your own risk. The homeowner and estate sale company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal property loss/damage on site.

2. Sales & Payment Terms
All Sales Final: Every item is sold as-is, where-is with all faults and defects, known or unknown. There are no guarantees, warranties, returns, or price adjustments.

Payment Methods: Payments accepted include "Cash and Credit Card" (Fee of 2% on all credit purchases). Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Taxes: Applicable local and state sales taxes apply to all transactions unless a valid reseller’s certificate is submitted prior to payment.Bidding & Purchases

Binding Agreement: All bids, offers, and online purchases are legally binding commitments. Once a bid is placed or a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled or retracted.

Item Description & Condition: All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults, known or unknown. Photographs and written descriptions are for identification purposes only. Buyers are strongly encouraged to ask questions prior to placing a bid or making a purchase.

No Guarantees: We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the authenticity, condition, working order, size, or origin of any item. All sales are final—no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Sales Tax: Applicable local and state sales taxes will be added to all orders unless a valid tax exemption certificate is submitted and verified before the end of the sale.

Bring Your Own Help & Supplies: Buyers are 100% responsible for packing, wrapping, lifting, and loading their purchased items. Sale staff cannot provide lifting assistance or packing materials.

Forfeiture & Abandonment: Items not picked up by the end of the designated pickup window will be considered abandoned without refund. Abandoned items may be resold, donated, or disposed of at the buyer’s expense.
