- We do not answer pricing questions before the sale and we may not have time to answer questions via email the week of the sale (we hope you understand)
- Sign-up sheet will be available one hour prior to opening each day of the sale
- Entry will be limited to 50 shoppers at a time until the crowd calms
- No food or drinks on the premises
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- Cash, Traveler's Cheques and credit cards accepted
- Purchaser's buying for resale must leave a current copy of their tax permit
- Purchaser is solely responsible for the removal of item(s) purchased
- 24 hour monitoring and security on duty before, during and after the sale
- Off-duty police officer on site

We have emptied the attics & storages and have added many wonderful items from another home in Bixby, Oklahoma, leaving us with another overflowing sale at the same location where we finished off 2017. This time around we’ll have Maitland Smith furniture, La-Z-Boy upholstered sofa and matching loveseat, painted and distressed mahogany dining furniture, curio cabinet, bed room furniture, coffee tables, side tables, chest of drawers, pie safe, Victorian childs buggy, many pieces of Waterford crystal, Boehm, lamps, mirrors, lots of framed art, Western and horse related items, lots of kitchen, nice ladies and men’s clothing, brand new Vera Bradley samples including bags, jewelry, perfume, etc., beautiful linens and bedding, old quilts, large Shop-Vac, old tools, yard tools, books, frames and much more.
