Payment
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods. Venmo, Cashapp and Paypal.
A valid ID may be required for certain transactions.

Hold Policy
No item may be removed from the sale area until it has been paid for in full.
Unpaid items may not be held unless approved by sale management.

Removal of Purchases
Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting purchased items.
Large items must be removed by the agreed-upon deadline.
Sale staff cannot guarantee assistance with lifting or loading.

Entry at Your Own Risk
This property may contain stairs.
By entering the premises, visitors assume all risks and release the property owner and sale organizers from liability for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages.

Children
Children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

Theft & Security
Shoplifting and tag switching will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Security measures may be in place.

Pricing & Discounts
Prices are subject to change at the discretion of sale management.
Discounts, if offered, are determined solely by sale management. Saturday will be half off everything.

Right to Refuse Service
Sale management reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
