Terms and conditions: All sales are on an as is basis with no refunds. We accept checks, cash and credit cards. Automobile purchases require cash or verifiable certified funds from the issuing bank or financial institution. Title work and transfer of the automobile can only be done on a business day Monday through Friday at a tag and title agency. All check or credit card sales require a current photo ID with current address and phone number. Estate sale items are offered at 100% of the asking price on the first day of the sale. Estate sale items are reduced by 25% starting day two of the sale. If an item is not being discounted, at the owners request, it will have a red colored tag on that item. Bids will be accepted on the last day of the sale and approval of any bid will be determined by the owner. Successful bidders will be notified that their bid was accepted on the first business day following the sale. Any items not picked up during sale days can be arranged for pick up the following business week of the sale by contacting a representative of Elle's Eclectic Emporium at 405-850-6252. A security guard will be at each sale before and after hours. A paid receipt will be required to exit the sale with any items. If you have to return to pick up an item or items it will be duly noted on your receipt allowing you to return at a later time to get your item or items. Please do not loose your receipt. No large bags or hand bags will be allowed into the Estate sale, no exceptions.
