Terms
1.) All merchandise purchased must be removed from the premises before the close of the sale.
2.) We are not liable for any damages, nor loss at the liquidations, enter at your own risk.
3.) Present your sales tax permit for sales tax exemption.
4.) We accept cash, and credit/debit cards with EMV.
5.) We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
6.) All sales are final, no refunds; no exchanges, no excuses.
7.)All merchandise is sold; as-is; where-is; we do not lift, load, nor carry for our customers.
8.) Your attendance to an Elliott’s sale is your agreement to these terms.
As this sale approaches I'll add more details at this time, I've attached photos and you can learn more about my services and estate sales below: (This sale will be held traditionally, on-site with no sign-up sheet.) Folks will be limited to 8 in the house as we will have staff on the property and in the house. When folks leave; others will be granted attendance.
Contactless Pick-Up Purchase Policies:
If you’d like to purchase something before the sale, but not have to attend the traditional way of attend an estate sale; I am offering “Contactless Pick-ups” This service is available after I’ve released prices on items with my “Prices Preview” video that I provide before my estate sales. You may purchase during the sale; if the item(s) available; we may close at any time, if we’re to sell out.
By phone purchases will require $25 or more in transactions; or will not be accepted. While shopping in person, all transactions will need to be more than $50; else payment will be in cash.
I will not be moving items, that weigh more than 50 pounds from the home for contactless pick-up. You will need to pick-up the items that are that heavy, or you will need to arrange a delivery service, per our ordinary sales policies. Once items are purchased, these items are yours and under your responsibility without possession. Elliott’s Estate Sales will not be held liable for any broken items; there will be no refunds; warranties of any kind implied; nor expressed. As always I am not, in the moving business, please do not ask me to accommodate you with moving services. Do not purchase anything you cannot remove, no excuses, no refunds. All items are sold AS-IS; where-is.
Contactless Pick-up Directions:
1.) Watch “Price Preview”
2.) Call 405-757-4001; Leave message; if no answer.
3.) Organize a list of items to purchase by phone.
4.) If purchasing less than 5 items; you may check out by phone; if items are available.
5.) If purchasing more than 5 items; you will be invoiced by email for your payment by card.
6.) At the time of purchase I will mark your purchases sold and your name and phone for easy pick-up.
7.) At the time of interest you will advise me of the time of your pick-up on the days of the sale March 28-29th, 2020.
8.)Your purchases will be placed on a “tarp” or “bedsheet” at the front yard of the estate sale for your retrieval.
9.) Once received you will let my Sheriff or (staff) know so they may add more purchases, as needed.
10.) If you are a reseller/dealer you will need to provide a copy of your permit by email, to not remit sales tax on purchases.
