This is a historical home that has been owned by the same family since 1934 or possibly earlier. The first auction ever held at the farm was when Noah Phillips passed away, then his son Roy Phillips inherited the farm and now his daughter Judy Phillips will be doing a final liquidation of the farm because it has been sold. The plans for the property are unknown at this time and it may be developed into something other than residential.
