We've had multiple auctions and one in person estate sale at this property.  This Auction is to finish getting the 4500+ sqft house empty so we can tackle outbuildings.  There's a lot of great bundles, some beautiful hand made quilts, TONS of Christmas and Fall Decor, tools, a little bit of furniture and everything you might need for your kitchen. 

This auction shows Ken Carpenter Auction and Realty as the auction company not Twisted K Estate Sales - that's because Connie (owner of Twisted K) is a Realtor in Ken's office.  When we do auctions we do them as a member of his staff- but it's still us! so get to Bidding and come see us.

To bid you need to go to the auction site and register - please note there is a buyer's premium added to the final total so calculate that as you enter your bids.   We also will have two bedrooms of items available for in-person sale on day of pickup.  Mostly clothing and misc items.

There is a preview day for the auction ( see auction site for details) You will also be able to purchase clothing or items from the non auction items on that day.
