SALE TERMS: All items are SOLD AS-IS. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. Be sure to examine all items carefully. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding an item in advance of the sale. We will be happy to help. We make reasonable efforts to see if items seem operational prior to listing; we will label inoperable items when we are aware. We do NOT allow early access nor open doors prior to posted hours.
PRICES: Prices are not negotiable the first day of sale, but are USUALLY 25% off on the second day and 50% off on the final day. (Price discount policies may vary by sale or item.) In order to be fair to all shoppers, we do NOT give out prices prior to day of sale.
ELECTRONICS: We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing them. Note: Vintage electronics (including anything with a cloth cord) should NOT be plugged in OR TESTED -- they can readily catch fire due to age and require specialized equipment to restart. They are being sold here as antique pieces, NOT as working electronic equipment.
COVID SAFETY: Free masks will be available for our customers' safety, but are not mandatory in Stillwater. Hand sanitizer will also be provided and social distancing is strongly encouraged. Please take all health precautions necessary to ensure your health!
SITE SAFETY: There will be only one access point to this sale. Not responsible for your safety. Please be alert when moving through the property. There can be uneven, wet, muddy, icy or possibly slick surfaces, steps, sharp corners, and other hazards. If you break an item, you bought it. All children must be kept under adult supervision at all times.
LOADING: There are large and heavy furniture, appliance and heavy equipment at this sale. Buyer is responsible for removal of their purchased large items by two hours prior to closing on last day of sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help and equipment as our employees do not help load large items. Please do NOT park in driveway unless actively picking up an item!
