Please watch out for stairs and step-downs in the home and be mindful of your surroundings. If you have mobility issues, it’s best to avoid using the stairs. Keep an eye out for “Watch Your Step” signs and caution tape. While we do our best to point out any stairs, we can’t be responsible for every single step. By entering the property, you accept all liability and proceed at your own risk.

It’s summertime, bringing hot temperatures and plenty of flying insects. If you’re sensitive to heat, please plan your visit during the cooler parts of the day and remember to stay hydrated. Be cautious when handling outdoor items, as bees or wasps could be hiding underneath or nearby. Mother Nature oversees the weather and the insects, so by entering the property, you accept all responsibility and do so at your own risk.

Please request assistance with any hard-to-reach items. Our policy states that if you break it, you buy it.

All items are sold as-is; please inspect your desired items to your satisfaction before purchasing. An "X" on a tag indicates a flaw that has been considered in the pricing. All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

Cash, cards and Cash App accepted. No checks. Processing fees apply to all card transactions.

Sales tax exemption information must be provided at the time of purchase. If any required information is missing, we are obliged to collect sales tax.

Price negotiations at checkout will not be entertained. We offer discount days and accept bids throughout the sale.

Occasionally, the original price tag might be removed from an item and accidentally placed on another, so the cashiers will decide the final sale price of any unmarked or mismarked item.

Children must be always supervised. Please note that some toys are collectibles and should not be played with.

Local pickup only; delivery is not available. We will do our best to accommodate if you need to pick up items outside regular sale hours. Items not picked up at the scheduled time will neither be held nor refunded.

You are responsible for disassembling and loading your items into your vehicle, so plan accordingly with any necessary tools, moving blankets, dollies, straps, and additional help. We cannot assist with moving large or heavy items.

The buyer is responsible for moving items exceeding 10 pounds. Exquisite Estate Sales is not liable for any damage to items, property or people during the moving process.

Please be mindful when parking. Avoid blocking mailboxes by leaving at least 4 feet of space, as well as driveways or other guests’ vehicles. Follow all “No Parking” and “Loading Zone” signs to keep traffic moving smoothly and allow easy access for loading heavy or large items. Refrain from parking on grass to prevent damage to sprinkler systems and treated lawns. Any damage caused by parking on lawns or in front of mailboxes, driveways, or other patrons’ vehicles will be your responsibility.

The premises are alarmed and under 24-hour surveillance. Cameras are in use, secret shoppers may be present, and armed guards may be on duty.

When purchasing large or heavy items, please pull the front card from the sleeve and bring it to the cashier to pay. Leave the "SOLD" card in the sleeve on the item until you can pick it up. We will offer designated pickup times to facilitate safe and easy moving and loading.

Switching tags, leaving clothes or items on the floor, removing items from packaging, hiding items for discount days, taking other shoppers' items from the "Hold" area, abandoning "Hold" items without purchasing or returning them to their original location, pressuring new staff for lower prices, being rude to staff or shoppers, and stealing will not be tolerated. Violators will be banned from future sales.
