Please be aware that the home has multiple step downs so please be alert and observe the "WATCH YOUR STEP" signs that serve as a reminder. We are not responsible for accidents.

Cash preferred and highly appreciated. We offer a cash discount. Credit and Debit Cards accepted with proper identification. $20 minimum on cards. No checks.

Items sold as is. Test before you buy.

Children must be supervised at all times. Please remember some toys are actually collectibles and not meant to be played with.

Sales Tax Exempt information must be provided at time of purchase. If any required information is missing, we will be required to collect sales tax.

Local Pickup Only. Delivery not available. We will do our best to accommodate you if you need to pick up after regular sale hours. Items that are not picked up at the scheduled time will not be held nor refunded.

You are responsible for disassembling as needed and loading your items into your vehicle, so plan accordingly with any needed tools, moving blankets, dollies, straps, and muscle help.

WE CAN NOT HELP MOVE LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS.

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE WHEN PARKING. DO NOT BLOCK MAILBOXES (LEAVE AT LEAST 4 FT), DRIVEWAYS OR OTHER GUESTS.

Please observe the "No Parking" signs and the "Loading Zone" signs to ensure proper traffic flow as well as easy access for patrons to load heavy large items.

The home is alarmed under 24-hour surveillance. Cameras are in use. Secret shoppers may be in use. Armed guards may be on duty.

Please see cashier or the floor manager only if you find an item without a price.

When purchasing large or heavy items please pull the front card from the sleeve and bring to cashier to pay. Leave the "SOLD" card in the sleeve on the item until you are able to pick it up. We will offer designated pickup times to make moving and loading items easily and safely.

Switching tags, leaving clothes, spills and other items in the floor, removing items from packaging, trying to hide items in strange places for discount days, removing other shoppers' items from the "Hold" area, leaving "Hold" items without purchasing nor returning them to their original location, trying to pressure new staff into a lower price, being rude to staff or other shoppers, and stealing will not be tolerated! Violators will be banned from future sales.
