Hello Estate Sales NW customers! Tomorrow Saturday is discount day. 45 and under half price. Everything else is discounted. 1464 NW Ridgeview Place North Albany OR. 10 to 4. This is a wonderful sale and the home is also for sale.  We ask for your patience on this one. We are fighting muddy conditions and have a parking area for about 20 cars. Also a single car lane! Yikes we will get this done but it is being managed a little differently from normal. January 24 and 25. 10 to 4. we may go Sunday depending on remaining items inventory. The address will be published on Thursday. This is a large sale in NW Albany. Beautiful country ranch house and shop! In a very popular part of North Albany you will feel like you are in the country!  Also as always this time of the year we watch the weather. Please check back the day before as ice, snow and so on could cause us to move the sale date. The challenge! It is a short single lane leading to another short single lane that leads to the home. If you see another car coming let him go 1st. Patience is the key. No jumping off on the sides we don't want you to get stuck after all the rain we are having.. You can easily see each other coming and going it is a short distance.  The lower level by the house is for parking and loading. Please be kind to the neighbors yards!
