The home is not quite five miles south of downtown Ashland, near I5 exit 11, and is the first house on the right once you turn onto Timberlake Drive. Parking in the driveway and along the road is fairly plentiful, but if entering the circular drive, please enter at the downward/east side to help makes things easier for all.

No early sales. Cash, Venmo, or major Credit/Debit cards only for the sale items. A couple of the larger items may not be available for pickup until the event is over, though we will endeavor to accommodate if this is a problem. Event operators are not responsible for accidents. All items are sold or gifted as is; please inspect and feel free to plug in items and/or ask questions before purchase. Written offers will be considered on the more valuable items.

An Incredibly Awesome, Mostly Free, Estate “Sale”!!!!

Short notice, yes, but you probably don’t want to miss this amazing event that is being held on Saturday, September 26th, from 11-5!! I’ve only had three days to organize it, so it’s . . . again . . . mostly free (which I love)!!!!

I’ve known the wonderful couple, pillars of the Ashland community, who collected and owned these items. And some of their children and grandchildren have been dear friends of my family for almost 25 years. What an honor and pleasure to help them with this!

The house these items are in became home to the family back in 1973, after they returned from medical mission work in Pakistan. They also lived for a time in the Congo. Many of their beloved items they returned with are now for sale. Almost everything else is free. The first 13 pictures are the items for sale. (Some pictures show areas I've yet to organize!) There are a few items (the lawn mower, the golf bag, and a few chairs--all noted in captions), that I'm not looking to get a ton for. I’ve not had enough time to price most of the amazing sale items, so during the event I will consider offers that are at least 40-50% of what the items are currently selling for on eBay. Otherwise, I’ll be working to sell them elsewhere. (Though, if truly interested, please feel free to make an offer that feels right to you, and I’ll give it a think!)

While most items are free, please do consider leaving a donation with me where I’ll be in the sale area in the living room, that the family will forward to their favorite non-profit organizations.

There aren’t many extra boxes, bags, or packing material, so please bring your own. Also, please keep in mind that loading help will not likely be available.
