Please be mindful and do not block driveways, other cars or street traffic.

Please bring helpers and an appropriate vehicle to assist you with moving and hauling any large items. Pick-ups for a later date (Sunday, etc.) are possible with a deposit or full payment.

We accept all major credit cards, venmo and charge a 3% fee for those payment options. We accept Cash of course. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is monitored.

We will consider reasonable offers made and Sundays are always 50% off. Fine Jewelry is typically only 30% off on Sundays. However, Some items may be on reserve price or open to bids.

Attending a sale is a voluntary act and Thompson’s Estate Services, LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises during the sale.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

We will be following ALL COVID-19 REQUIRED & RECOMMENDED PROTOCOLS during our sales. Depending on the size of each property, we may restrict the number of shoppers inside at one time. A mask is PREFFERED for entry for any person age 2 and up. If you are sick, please stay home and feel better. We will have plenty of other sales in the future that you can join us at.

Please be aware and compassionate that we are usually having a sale for a family that recently lost loved ones. As such, sometimes our clients decide last minute to withhold certain items for sale due to sentimental reasons. Although we try our best to photograph only what is available to sell, sometimes things get missed. Thanks for your understanding.

Welcome to Beaverton Treasure Trove sale, lovingly lived in for over 60 years. This house is packed to the brim. Seriously. Every square inch is full. Beaver’s Fans, this is your sale. Vintage lovers, come on down. We look forward to seeing you this weekend for vintage and collectibles galore!

First off, here is some logistical information:

Address for the sale will post at 7am on Friday.
A list will be hanging on the front gate. If it is raining it may be in the mailbox. You can sign your name on the list between 7am - 9:45am. Once on the list, go grab a coffee/breakfast and return by 9:45am for roll call. Otherwise just line up.
This sale is in the Beaverton Cedar Mill area.
The sale starts at 10am.
There will be a bathroom for the public to use. Please ask.
Parking is street parking. Please do not block neighborhood driveways or mailboxes. Be mindful of signage.
