2. Checks are NOT Accepted.

3.  As always, all sales are “as is” &  final.  We encourage you to check everything carefully before you make a purchase.  

4.  As always, you will need to make your own arrangements to get your purchases home.  We are not able to help you move furniture or other large pieces.  Thank you for your forethought and preparation!

5.  The barn portion of the sale will only accommodate a certain number of people at a time, consequently we will be limiting the number of that can enter at one time.  Your patience with this is greatly appreciated!  It will be worth the wait - a pickers’ & diggers’ dream and a craftsmen’s delight.

6.  Sign Up: Sign-up starts at 8:30 each morning.  THERE WILL BE TWO SIGN-UP LISTS: ONE FOR THE BARN & ONE FOR THE HOUSE.  Be advised that if you are not there when your name is called, it will go to the bottom of that list.
