Better At Home Service

Introducing Sutton Estate Sales’ Better at Home Service:

Sutton Estate Sales is excited to announce our newest service offering and branch of our 20 year old company designed to help to mitigate the problems that some estates can encounter in trying to liquidate their personal property: estate’s that from a monetary perspective are too small and are turned away from many estate sale companies that cannot offer their services, estates that have constraints do to parking, gated communities, HOA limitations, etc.

We can liquidate your estate items in an on-line estate sale locally and/or nationally depending on your estate’s items while keeping them in your house. Why is this a good thing? You don’t run the risk of: having to pay more because you have to pay to have your items moved to another venue, issues with your items getting confused with other persons' personal property items and losing out your revenue that is rightfully yours, having your items getting overshadowed by another estate’s items or worse yet, competing with them because they have been combined into a larger “sale” or not making any money at all and having to pay someone to clear out everything in the estate without getting any value for your things.

If you think this service could help you with liquidating your estate, please call Anita at 503,347.4913. Working with integrity to make the most money for you!
